You may avail of the free OWWA/DOTr bus rides within Luzon (NCR, North and South Luzon). More information here.

If you live within NCR, you may take an airport taxi going home. Just ensure you have a spare room to undergo home quarantine. Check our Quarantine Protocols here.

If from far provinces like Baguio, Bicol Region or VisMin, hotel accommodation with three meals per day will be provided

Shell will reimburse the food and accommodation costs of all offsigners who were stranded in Clark airport due to unavailability of domestic flights going to their respective provinces

If you live within NCR, North and South Luzon, or nearby province/city – you may be picked up by a relative at the airport by bringing the following documents:

• Copy of your plane ticket;
• Copy of your passport (front page);
• Copy of your Seaman’s Book (front page); and
• Permit from your Barangay / Community Pass

This is subjected to IATF guidelines

Kindly direct this request to your direct supervisor or the HR Manager onboard. Because of the travel constraints and public health concerns, this request may be approved/rejected on a case to case basis.
